Hope everyone is settling in nicely to 2016!  The studio is already buzzing lately, especially with beautiful newborn babies. A newborn portrait session captures a special time in the life of your child; the babies change so quickly from day to day!  If you are expecting, we have several session options. You can schedule maternity portraits, as well as your newborn and first year portraits to ensure you don't miss these important milestones. Happy New Year!
I hope 2012 has been going well for everyone so far.  I can already tell it's going to be a good one!
Here is a very handsome newborn boy (just 1 week old!) named Ian....and as you can tell, he's also a future Virginia Tech Fan!

Northern VA Child Photography

Hello Friends! I am not really sure where the time goes but i can't believe how long it's been since i blogged! I am finding it more challenging as time goes on to keep up with the website, (which really needs and update!) the Facebook Fan Page and this little ole' blog. It is possible in the near future that i might finally employ some help specifically for this purpose. Maybe that is the solution!
In the meanwhile i've had the joy of photographing some amazing children and families recently so this post is going to be a bit of a 'combo' of a few different photo sessions.

This little doll baby was absolutely beautiful...so peaceful and sweet. Dad revealed this gorgeous work of art on his back, and i was so happy to capture this Daddy/Daughter portrait for them.

This stunning mother of 2...soon to be 3...requested a particular pose originated by the famed Annie Leibowitz from back in 1991. Those of you old enough to remember, might be able to figure out which one i'm talking about. I have to say, that I was very happy to oblige!
